This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Sattori Spas.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period. During the warranty period, satori spas will replace or repair, for free during the first 2 years of use, or at partial cost during the following 3 years of use, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Sattori Spas will either repair or replace the Undercover, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for the UnderCover purchased from Sattori Spas is 5 years from the date of purchase. A valid warranty claim made during the first 2 years following the date of purchase invokes no charge for replacement, or repair of the UnderCover, or replacement drains or fasteners. A valid warranty claim made in the 3rd to 5th years of ownership warrants a nominal 120$ (Canadian) charge for replacement, or repair of the UnderCover. Replacement drains or fasteners are always available for purchase. Any replacement UnderCover, or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original UnderCover.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
-conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
-errors in provided measurements
